Gretchen is incredibly sweet, easy to talk to, and made me feel like I had known her for years. I came in with a vision, and she brought it to life perfectly! You can truly tell that the entire team is passionate about what they do they’re not just in it for the money, they genuinely care about their craft and their clients. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. I’ve been to other salons that gave off mean girl energy, but Deeply Rooted is the complete opposite. The vibe here is all about positivity, authenticity, and great hair. I can’t wait to go back!

Finding someone who is confident enough to tackle my hair has always been hard, but Gretchen got it right on the first try. Looking forward to scheduling with her again.

I have yet to find a stylist who can cut my hair with it looking good both curly and straight. Jeannette asked me what I want and what I DONT want. She listened to my desires for my hair journey and came up with a hair plan for me. She educated me on low maintenance products & routines. She cut and reshaped my hair according to my hair goals— and didn’t cut more than I asked off. It’s the first time I’ve felt like a stylist really listened to what I wanted & executed it.
